An Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) is an independent business that partners with Amazon to deliver packages to customers. DSPs manage their own team of drivers, operate a fleet of vehicles, and are responsible for ensuring timely and efficient delivery of Amazon orders. 

Amazon provides support in the form of training, technology, and logistics assistance, while the DSP focuses on hiring, training, and managing drivers. This partnership aims to provide reliable delivery services and enhance customer satisfaction while offering entrepreneurs the opportunity to run their own businesses within Amazon's expansive network. 

We are hiring part-time & full-time delivery drivers with opportunities for promotion from within. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to start a career in logistics or expand their preexisting delivery knowledge base. 

We are based out of 81 International Drive, Budd Lake, NJ, 07828.

Job opportunities are suggested for people who live proximate to the location such as Sussex & Morris County.

We have between 50-100 people who work for us. The range is often dependent on peak business holidays as we offer seasonal work for students during semester breaks or others looking to transition careers.

As a delivery associate, you can expect to have an average of 8-10 hour shifts depending on van load in addition to the geography of delivery drop-offs. Associates also have dispatchers, team leads, colleagues & remote support as additional resources to help with the delivery process.
